Join award-winning chef, Norman Van Aken, as he guides participants through creating a mouth-watering dinner and shares tips for cooking like the pros!
Chef Norman, widely hailed as one of the founders of New American Cuisine and winner of the James Beard Award for Best Chef in the South/Southeast, will guide you through a virtual cooking class to raise money for Chair the Love.
Cuisine for the Cause will kick off with an introduction by Chef Norman and a presentation about Chair the Love, followed by a step-by-step recipe and ending with the presentation of the final dish. Because this fundraiser will be a virtual event, participants will be cooking from the comfort of their own kitchens simultaneously with Chef Norman, as he prepares a delicious dish.
Please join us for this fun-filled evening on October 29, 2020 as you polish up your cooking skills, while helping Chair the Love continue their valuable work!
